Aug 24 - Mount Gahinga Lodge

We have stayed at some pretty nice lodges on this trip but Mount Gahinga Lodge is over the top.  The lodge and grounds are beautiful.

And we basically have a nice size house with everything but a kitchen.

There is a very large sitting room with lots of windows and a large fireplace.

The bedroom is even bigger with a huge bed with mosquito netting and a large fireplace.

The dressing room/bathroom was huge and had a massive walk-in shower.

And we have our own, private butler, Hillary.

After settling in we asked Hillary for hot chocolate (we are at a high elevation and it is rather cold).  And he lit a charcoal fire for us since the building has no central (or other) heat.
