Maziki Lodge is on a hill overlooking the East Africa Rift Valley. We have a lovely view of the hills and the valley beyond.
We have a lovely tent room with a massive bed surrounded by an equally massive mosquito net.
The bathrooms is really large with massive, irregularly shaped walls separating the toilet and the tub/shower areas from the vanity area.
The lodge has a really pretty swimming pool (that we didn't use) that also has really great views.
The restaurant is large and open air.
The avocadoes in Africa are huge. Mary ordered the tomato avocado salad for dinner the the avocado slices were bigger than any she had seen before.
